  • 2 Cups Low-Sodium Turkey Broth
  • 2 Tbsp All Purpose Flour
  • 2 Tbsp Turkey Fat from a cooked turkey!
  1. In a large pan, add the turkey fat and flour together over medium heat.
  2. Stirring constantly, add in broth slowly. Stir until thickened.
