- 2 Cups Low-Sodium Turkey Broth
- 2 Tbsp All Purpose Flour
- 2 Tbsp Turkey Fat from a cooked turkey!
- In a large pan, add the turkey fat and flour together over medium heat.
- Stirring constantly, add in broth slowly. Stir until thickened.
