A really long time ago I was invited to a dinner where a friend made fish with a maple type marinade (I didn’t have any but everybody said it was amazing) but unfortunately she wouldn’t give me the recipe. I have never cooked fish before but Im not a beginner in the kitchen. What fish should I use, How do I make the marinade and cook it? Any and all input would be greatly appreciated.
I think this article is cool!
